A thirteen year old student is being accused of making a threat against the Auxvasse Elementary School.

According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s office the student was detained by deputies on Friday.

The sheriff’s office says that an off-duty deputy was at the school for an event when the juvenile was detained.

The student is accused of making a terroristic threat and has been referred to the Callaway County Juvenile Office, who will determine the next steps in the matter.
