A man in Columbia is facing felony child abuse charges after an arrest yesterday (Tuesday) for allegedly breaking the arm of an 11 week old baby.

Columbia Police report arresting Christopher Capps yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon after being called to Women’s and Children’s Hospital for an urgent assist.

Apparently the baby had a broken bone that was a spiral fracture to her right arm.
