Longtime Boone County Clerk Wendy Noren passed away yesterday (Sunday) at the age of 63.

U.S. Election Assistance Commissioner Matthew Masterson tweeted “the election world mourns the loss of a legend”.

Noren served as Boone County Clerk for 35 years until she retired in June of this year.
