GREITENS WANTS TRIAL MOVED UP

Missouri Governor, Eric Greitens, is wanting to move his criminal trial up more than a month from the scheduled date.

According to court records, the official motion has not yet been filed, however the Governor wants the trial moved to April 3, from the original May 14 date. He is also requesting a bench trial, which means he will forego a 12 person jury.

Greitens was indicted by a grand jury in February for Invasion of Privacy for allegedly taking a nude photo of his mistress without her consent.
