The National Weather Service is issuing a flood watch for the parts of the listening area starting tonight (Monday) and running through tomorrow (Tuesday) night.

Between 2 and 3 inches of rainfall is expected today (Monday) and into tonight (Monday).

The rain will be falling onto an already saturated ground and will likely cause flooding in some areas.

The flood watch is in effect from starting at 7 tonight (Monday) and running through 7 tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
