Drivers in Columbia are being warned to use an alternate route around Garth Avenue this (Friday) morning as the City is making repairs to a storm-water culvert near the intersection.

The northbound lanes of Garth Avenue were closed last (Thursday) night, and the lanes between the circular driveway of Oak Tower at 700 North Garth and Sexton Road and Garth Avenue may be closed through out this (Friday) morning as well.

City crews are working this (Friday) morning to inspect the culvert, and make the necessary repairs, barricades are in place until that happens.
