The City of Holts Summit is planning several projects for their Hibernia Station Park.

Holts Summit City Administrator Rick Hess says the park will have a splash pad along with a heroes plaza.

Bathrooms will be built at the Splash Pad along with a Gazebo.

The Heroes Plaza will honor past and present army, police, fire and people who protect us.

Hess says the entire cost of the project is estimated at $450,000.

And the goal is to get 10 percent of the cost through fund raisers.

The estimated completion of the project is for Memorial Day of 2019.
