A light voter turnout is expected in today’s (Tuesday) municipal election in the listening area.
Audrain County Clerk Shelly Harvey says she estimates a 5% result.
Harvey says one of the contributing factors is that there are no county wide issues on the Audrain County ballot.
In Randolph County a 9 percent turnout is estimated, while the Boone County Clerk predicts a 10 percent voter turnout.
Polls close tonight (Tuesday) at 7.
