Stealing from a Goodwill donation box leads to the arrest of a Fulton man and woman last (Tuesday) night.

According to Fulton police they went to the area of St. Louis Avenue around 10:13 and say they observed several people leaving carrying a large amount of items.

Officers arrested 28 year old Tiffany A. Littrell, and 25 year old Michael G. Hook Jr. for Felony Stealing, also a controlled substance was found by officers in Littrell’s belongings.

They were both taken to the Callaway County Jail.
