Boone County Deputies have a man in custody that took them on a chase Sunday afternoon.

According to the sheriffs department 29 year old Charles Tinker refused to pull over on I-70 Drive Northeast, taking deputies on a chase that ended at a home on County Road 274 close to the Boone-Callaway County line.

Police say Tinker was arrested and taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
