A Clark woman is recovering from moderate injuries after an accident on U.S. 63 South of Moberly last (Tuesday) night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol it happened around 10:16 when 70 year old Judy C. Barnes swerved to avoid a deer, went off the road and overturned.

Barnes was taken to the University Hospital to be treated for her injuries.
