A search is on for a mentally disabled woman who walked away from a Columbia residential facility early this (Friday) morning.

According to Boone County Sheriff’s Department 34 year old Brenda Collins-Self went missing from the facility in the 600 block of Country Squire Court.

She is a white woman, 5 foot 6, weighing 405 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes.

The woman was last seen wearing a bright green shirt and black yoga pants and is from the Kansas City, Missouri area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact 911 immediately.
