A 23 year old Jefferson City man was arrested after allegedly stabbing a 21 year old in the neck and staling the victim’s vehicle in Miller County.

Ryan Scott Garvin is being held on a 300 thousand dollar bond on charges of first degree robbery, and 2 counts each of armed criminal action and first degree assault at the Miller County Adult Detention Center.

The condition of the victim is unknown.
