Forensic Examination Underway On Governor’s Phone

A forensic examination of Governor Eric Greitens cell phone is underway in a locked St. Louis courtroom.

Greitens is set to go to trial on an invasion of privacy charge next week.

The investigation was spurred when an investigator with the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office found what he believed was suspicious activity in Greitens GMail account.

Defense attorneys lost a motion to quash a search warrant and stop any forensic examination of Greitens’ phone.
