Lt. Governor Parson Tours Columbia

Missouri Lt. Governor Mike Parson put a focus on the need for more skilled workers, plus how to pay for improved roads and infrastructure during a tour of Columbia yesterday (Tuesday).

Parson said one fix would be to provide more funding for kindergarten through high school education, allowing students to become more skilled in a specific area.

The Lt. Governor also said a higher gas tax could help pay for improving infrastructure and transportation in the state.
