An Auxvasse man is being held in the Callaway County Jail charged with Felony Child Abuse, Domestic Assault, and Kidnapping.
The Callaway County Sheriff’s Department reports arresting 31 year old Eric Huddleston on Monday after an investigation was conducted at a Kingdom City Business.
The Sheriff’s Office reports two people at the business had been assaulted including a child and Huddleston left the area.
He was later located at a residence in Auxvasse.
The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney brought formal charges yesterday (Tuesday).
Huddleston remains in jail per a judges order without bond.
