The computer tampering charges against Missouri Governor Eric Greitens are being dropped.
St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner made the announcement this (Wednesday) morning.
He was charged with the felony tampering with computer data in April.
Gardner said in her statement that she did have evidence to pursue charges, but it was unlikely Greitens would face any prison time.
