A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail after being arrested for Burglary and Assault last (Sunday) night in Fulton.
Police report going to 109 West 8th Street around 8:21 last (Sunday) night took 32 year old Issac D. Butler into custody.
The home owner says she found Butler inside of her residence, and Butler assaulted her.
Butler remains in jail with no bond pending a review by a judge.
