A Moberly man has minor injuries after hitting a tree and being ejected last (Sunday) night.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol it happened around 8:40 on County Road 2715, 1.5 miles southeast of Moberly.
43 year old Jonathan E. Tindle was taken to the Moberly Regional Medical Center for treatment.
