Jury Recommends Life In Prison Without Parole in Nichols Murder Trial

A jury is recommending a sentence of life in prison without probation for the man accused of killing a 92 year old woman in Moberly in 2013.

A jury made the recommendation for Jeffrey Nichols yesterday (Wednesday) for the murder of Carmelita Kaser.

He could have received the death penalty.

The judge in the case has set a sentencing date for October 4th at 2:30.
