Moberly and Randolph County Allowing UTV’S and Golf Carts On City Roads
Starting today (Monday) utility vehicles and golf carts will be allowed on city roads in Moberly and Randolph County.
An ordinance was passed after residents were wanting to drive these types of vehicles in order to save money on fuel.
The vehicles will be required to have certain criteria like brake lights, headlights, and turn signals to be allowed on the roads.
Residents will need a permit for the vehicles.
In Moberly the permit will cost twenty five dollars, while the fee in Randolph County is fifteen dollars.
