Trial Date Set in Wrongful Death Suit at Columbia Waffle House Shooting
A December 19th trial date is scheduled for the wrongful death lawsuit in the deadly Columbia Waffle House Shooting on New Year’s Day.
Anthony Warren was shot to death by a security at the Waffle House on New Year’s Day after two men had gotten into a fight.
According to reports the guard felt threatened and fired at a group of people, and hit Warren who later died.
Warren’s family is suing the Waffle House and the security guard.
