MU Health Care to Purchase SSM in Jefferson City
MU Healthcare will apparently be taking over ownership of SSM St. Mary’s which owns hospitals in Jefferson City and Mexico.
Unnamed sources with MU Healthcare say an announcement regarding the purchase is expected to be released by SSM this (Thursday) morning.
Before the purchase can be completed a Do Diligence report must be completed by the organizations which is a standard procedure.
