Coast Guard Refers Duck Boat Case To Prosecutor

The U.S. Coast Guard has referred the investigation into a deadly sinking of a Duck Boat on Table Rock Lake on July 19 to federal prosecutors for possible criminal charges.

The accident happened when a strong storm caused the boat to capsize.

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office is conducting a criminal investigation into Ripley Entertainment.
