Man Exposes Himself In Columbia Library
A Columbia man was arraigned today [Tuesday] after allegedly exposing himself while recording a woman inside the Daniel Boone Regional Library.
Sixty one year old James Tharp is a registered sex offender after being convicted of voyeurism in 2000.
Police were called to the facility for suspicious activity.
Staff at the library is trained to be alert to unusual behavior.
