Temporary Prosecuting Attorney Appointed In Moniteau County
A temporary prosecuting attorney is now appointed in Moniteau County.
Yesterday (Wednesday) Presiding Circuit Judge Kenneth Hayden appointed Ann Perry to the position after Shayne Healea resigned on Tuesday as part of a plea deal in his assault case.
Healea who was running unopposed in the November general election, also removed his name from the ballot.
