Holts Summit Convicted Murderer Dies In Chillicothe Correctional Center
A Holts Summit woman convicted of murder has died at the Chillicothe Correctional Center.
Forty four year old Sandra Plunkett died on Friday, September 21st at the correctional center.
She was convicted of murdering her husband Paul Plunkett in Callaway County on New Year’s Day in 2011.
Her husband was bed ridden at the time of his murder.
