No One Injured When Car Hits Utility Pole

Ameren Missouri crews are working to repair a utility pole after a driver hit it just before 6:00 this morning. [Wednesday] on East Love Street in Mexico.

Mexico Public Safety reports 47 year old Darla McClain of Paris was traveling east on Love Street in a 2015 Chrysler Sedan when her vehicle left the roadway and struck the pole and a street lamp.

McClain told officers she fell asleep at the wheel.
