Fulton Man Arrested For Trying To Burglarize Same Apartment Two Times

A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail after an arrest for allegedly trying to burglarize the same residence twice.

Fulton Police report it happened last (Monday) night around 11:40 at 2515 Noth Business 54.

Officers say 29 year old Bradley L. Foutes kicked open a door to an apartment before being scared off by the homeowner.

At 1:15 this (Tuesay) morning police say Foutes returned to the residence and was arrested.

He is being facing charges of First Degree Burglary and Property Damage.
