MU Research With Major Cancer Breakthrough
University of Missouri Researchers are claiming a major breakthrough in cancer research.
The researchers say they have found an enzyme in the body that helps tumors grow, and hope this will lead to learning how to treat cancer.
The enzyme researched allows tumor cells to tunnel through collagen and then creates a path for tumors to spread cancer through out the body.
The hope is the new information will eventually help find a cure.
