Former Columbia Public School’s Chief Financial Officer Gets Probation

A former chief financial officer for Columbia Public Schools is getting probation after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property.

According to court records Anna Munson was sentenced to five years of probation yesterday (Thursday) for making unauthorized withdrawals totaling seventeen thousand five hundred dollars from the Marquette High School’s band booster club from 2015-2016.

Munson was also accused of writing a one thousand dollar check to herself and making illegitimate credit and debit card purchases.
