More Charges Against Man Accused Of Starting Fire At Columbia Planned Parenthood
Another charge is being added by a federal grand jury against the man accused of setting a fire to a Planned Parenthood clinic in Columbia.
This week on Wednesday the grand jury indicted 42 year old Wesley Brian Kaster on two counts of using explosive materials to maliciously damage federal property and malicious use of explosive materials.
Both charges carry a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted.
The indictment is replacing the single count of maliciously damaging a building owned by an organization that receives federal financial assistance.
Kaster is being held in federal custody pending trial.
