Represntative Reisch’s Twitter Blocking Trial Underway

A trial for Missouri Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch, who is being sued over blocking a constituent on Twitter is set to begin in a Kansas City Federal Court this (Friday) morning.

The lawsuit claims attorney Mike Campbell was permanently blocked on Twitter by Reisch after retweeting a tweet by Democratic Representative Kip Kendrick that criticized Reisch for pointing out her opponent put his hands behind his back during the pledge of allegiance.

The lawsuit claims Reisch violated the first and 14th amendments.

The trial starts at 9 this (Friday) morning.
