Semi Knocks Down Utility Pole Causing Power Outage In West Central Columbia

Power is now restored in west central Columbia after a semi-truck knocked down a power line yesterday (Sunday) afternoon causing an outage.

It happened on Business Loop around 1:30.

It took Columbia Water and Light crews several hours to replace the utility pole.
