Successful Test Reported On Pipe Line In Audrain County
A successful test on the Centralia 300 natural gas pipeline is being reported.
Energy Transfer who is the parent company of Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line says the testing was completed yesterday (Wednesday) and covered a 22 mile pipe section that began at the Centralia Compression Station near Missouri Highway Z and ended near Audrain County Road 457.
Beginning today (Thursday) construction activities are beginning to prepare the pipeline to be back in service on June 18th.
The testing is ongoing after a massive natural gas explosion happened on Missouri 15, one mile north of Mexico on March 3rd.
