Winter Weather Cause Of Fatality In Callaway County

The first major snow storm this winter is the cause of one fatality, and multiple accidents on Missouri roads.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol the fatal accident happened on Highway 94 and Route C in Callaway County yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.

A vehicle slid off the road and overturned, partially ejecting 18 year old, Nathan Clingman, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The patrol says through yesterday (Sunday) afternoon there were 68 crashes, and 38 slide-offs, causing 3 people to be injured.
