Tuscumbia Teen With Serious Injuries In Cole County Accident

A Tuscumbia teen is recovering from serious injuries after an accident in Cole County last night.

According to the highway patrol it happened on Route B a half mile north of Scheuler Ferry Road.

It happened when a 16 year old male driver was traveling through standing water on the highway causing it to hydroplane, and go off the road and hit a tree.
