Mexico Board Of Education Announces New Superintendent

A new superintendent is being announced for the Mexico School District.

The Board of Education announced yesterday (Friday) Dr. Tammy Lupardus will officially begin her duties serving over 2,500 students and 365 staff members on July 1st.

Dr. Lupardus is currently the Superintendent of the Charleston R-1 School District, where she has held the top seat since 2016. Dr. Lupardus will take over for Dr. Zach Templeton, who announced his retirement in November and has led the Mexico 59 School District for 8 years.
