Fulton Man Arrested After Foot Pursuit

A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail following a foot pursuit and arrest early this (Monday) morning.

According to the Fulton Police Department they received a call of a Domestic Assault in progress near the 1000 Block of Marbrooke Drive.

Officers say when they arrived they found 34 year old Jacob M. Moore fleeing from a residence on foot into a wooded area.

He was arrested about 20 minutes later when he returned to the residence.

Moore is facing charges of Domestic Assault, and Resisting Arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
