Second Presumptive Positive Case Of COVID-19 In Missouri
A second case of COVID-19 to test presumptive positive in Missouri.
The announcement was made yesterday by Governor Parson, State, and Local Officials that the case is travel-related.
The individual who is in the twenties, is from Springfield and recently traveled back from Austria.
Springfield-Green County Health Department staff are working with CDC and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to determine any close contacts of the individual who were possibly exposed.
So far the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory with DHSS has tested a total of 73 individuals for COVID-19 including the presumptive positive case announced yesterday.
