Governor Parson Issues Statewide Stay-At-Home Order

A statewide stay-at-home order for the entire state of Missouri will begin Monday, April 6th at 12:01am

Governor Parson made the announcement at his daily media briefing yesterday.

The order will last until Friday, April 24th at 11:59.

The order requires individuals currently living in the state to avoid leaving their homes.

No social gatherings of more than 10 people.

All public and charter schools must remain closed throughout the order’s time frame.

Any entity that does not employ individuals who are essential workers should follow social distancing limitations.

Any entity that does employ individuals who are essential workers and that has retail sales to the public should limit the number of individuals in any retail location.

The order does not prohibit people in Missouri from accessing essential services, like grocery stores, gas stations, banks, or taking part in outdoor recreation with proper social distancing.
