Columbia Man Arrested After Police Standoff

A Columbia man is facing several felony charges following a standoff with police yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.

According to the Columbia Police Department 36 year old Roderick Jones had an active warrant and officers acted on a tip that Jones was in the 2300 block of Parker Road.

When officers tried to contact Jones, he barricaded himself in the house.
