Governor Parson Extends Emergency Declaration

Governor Mike Parson is extending the state emergency declaration for the state until June 15th, and plans to begin reopening Missouri May 4th.

In the governor’s daily press briefing yesterday Parson says the extension of the emergency declaration is not an extension of the stay at home order and will allow room to adjust to reopening.

Parson says next week he will introduce Missouri’s reopening plan, including guidelines of small and large businesses and retail manufacturing.
