Monroe City Man Arrested For Involvement In Hannibal Shooting

A Monroe City man is now facing charges for his reported involvement in a Hannibal shooting.

Detectives with the Hannibal Police Department arrested 32 year old Eric S. Pulsifer yesterday.

29 year old Justin Sims of Hannibal was shot on Sunday night in the 2500 block of Broadway.
