Woman Rescued From Jefferson City House Fire

A woman was taken to a local hospital after being found unresponsive in a Jefferson City house fire last night.

Jefferson City Fire Department went to the house fire in the 200 block of Dunford Street just before 7:30.

A woman was found and removed from the home and resuscitation efforts began and she was taken to local hospital by Cole County Emergency Medical Services.
