Illinois Woman Arrested For Drugs and DWI After Hitting a Building and Several Parked Cars in Mexico

An Illinois woman is facing several charges after an arrest in Mexico on Friday night following a crash where police say she hit several parked cars and a building.

According to Mexico Public Safety it happened around 11:16 in the 400 block of West Love.

The driver identified as 19 year old Cassandra B. Gilbertson.

She was arrested and taken to the Audrain County Jail for DWI-Drugs and Possession of Marijuana.

There were no injuries from the incident.
