MU Moves Field Days to Virtual Events

Field Days hosted by the University of Missouri’s College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources will be mostly virtual this year, according to the college.

The only Research Center in the state to offer in-person field day is the Graves-Chapple Research Center in Rock Port in Atchison County.

There will be pre-recorded presentations on a variety of topics debuting the day of the scheduled field day and can be found through each Center’s website and Facebook page.

The presentations are free and open to the public.

Additionally, the South Farm Showcase in Columbia and the Missouri Chestnut Roast in New Franklin have been canceled for 2020.
