Missouri State Fair Changes Focus for 2020

The Missouri State Fair is changing focus for this year’s fair.

In a statement today (Friday) from the Fair, the traditional fair will pivot to a youth livestock show August 13th through the 23rd.

They cite two reasons for the change: public health and safety along with providing a quality outdoor experience for fairgoers.

The Opening Day Ceremony, Governor’s Ham Breakfast, carnival midway and all other non-youth livestock related events are canceled.
