Census Takers Starting to go to Households Not Counted

Census takers are starting to go to households who have not taken the 2020 Census.

The City of Columbia reports census takers started visiting the households last week.

Census takers are required to take a COVID-19 training to make sure they understand things like social distancing, and in Columbia they will be wearing a mask.,/p>

The Census takers can be identified by their valid government ID badge, with their picture attached to it and anyone with questions or problems can call a Census Bureau representative at 312-579-1500.
