Two Guilty Pleas in 2019 Shooting in Mexico

Two guilty pleas entered Tuesday in a February 2019 shooting in Mexico.

According to a post on the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney’s Facebook Page, 16-year old Demetric Dorsey of Mexico plead guilty to first degree manslaughter and armed criminal action in the killing of TaJuan Williams, also of Mexico.

Trebion Dorsey, also 16 and of Mexico, plead guilty to first degree involuntary manslaughter.

Trebion was with Demetric in fighting with Williams and was present when Williams was shot.

The pleas were accepted by 1st Judicial Circuit Judge Russell Steele who scheduled sentencing for the Dorseys for October 6th at 1:30pm.
